Employee Change Request
Human Resources > eSuite > Employee Change Request
The grid on the General tab of the Employee Change Request-Approval page has been upgraded to let you modify pending changes to employee name and address.
The request type in the Change column is hyperlinked. Clicking the hyperlink opens a Modify Change Request dialog containing the current value, the requested change and fields for modifying the requested change. View.
Modified information appears in a Modified Change column that also has been added to the grid. View.
When a requested change is posted, the information that appears in this column will be posted.
Note: Editing is disabled for change requests that have been approved, denied, posted or completed.
Following a post, the OK button is disabled on the Modify Change Request dialog to prevent further modification. View.
